Q. What is your pet policy?
A. We are a pet-friendly community with a beautiful dog park and pet spa. We do not accept the following breeds: Rottweiler, Doberman, German Shepherd, Chow, Pit Bull (including the American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, and American Pit Bull terrier), or any mixes thereof, and any other breed as designated by Management.
When you are ready to bring a furry friend along, we require a non-refundable deposit of $300 for one pet or $500 for two pets. Our pet rent is $20 per month per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed per household.
Though we understand your furry roommates may cause slight wear and tear to the property, you will be held responsible for any damages.
Q. Can I paint my walls, have shelves, curtains, posters, etc.?
A. Unfortunately, we do not allow residents to paint their walls. However, you may decorate to your liking with shelves, curtains, and posters.
Q. What is the application and leasing process?
A. Our application process is quite simple. You can apply through our online portal. Please be aware that there is a $75 application fee per person and a $200 administration fee.
Q. Do you require renter’s insurance?
A. Yes. We require $100,000 personal liability coverage and Rockledge Flats Apartments listed as the additional interested party. Our preferred insurance carrier is E-Premium Insurance: 1-800-319-1390.
Q. How do I submit a maintenance or service request?
A. Requests can be submitted through our online portal.
Q. When and how should I pay my utilities?
A. Utilities need to be set up before your move-in date through Electric Power and Light. Contact number: 321-723-7795.
Q. What are the amenity hours?
A. Our fitness center is open to residents 24/7.
Q. Where is the nearest public transportation?
A. The nearest transportation is located on Barton Blvd and Cogswell Street.
